all\u2019altro genitore, <strong>di svolgere la prestazione lavorativa in<\/strong> <strong>smart working<\/strong> per il periodo, compreso nell\u2019arco temporale fra il 13\/03\/2021 e\u00a0 il 30\/06\/2021, pari alla durata della:<\/p><ul><li>sospensione dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 didattica in presenza del figlio<\/li><li>infezione da SARS Covid-19 del figlio<\/li><li>quarantena del figlio disposta dalla ASP di figli minori di 14 anni e genitori di figli con disabilit\u00e0 <\/strong><\/p><p>Nel caso in cui non sia possibile svolgere la prestazione lavorativa in smart working, \u00e8 concesso al lavoratore dipendente, <strong>genitore di<\/strong> <strong>figlio convivente minore di 14 anni<\/strong>, la possibilit\u00e0, in alternativa all\u2019altro genitore, di <strong>astenersi dal lavoro<\/strong> per il periodo, compreso nell\u2019arco temporale fra il 13\/03\/2021 e\u00a0 il 30\/06\/2021, pari alla durata della:<\/p><ul><li>sospensione dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 didattica in presenza del figlio<\/li><li>infezione da SARS Covid-19 del figlio<\/li><li>quarantena del figlio disposta dalla ASP competente<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>I genitori di figli anche non conviventi con disabilit\u00e0 grave<\/strong> ai sensi dell&#8217;art.4, c. 1, della L. n. 104\/92, <strong>iscritti a scuole di ogni ordine e grado <\/strong>in caso di<strong>,\u00a0 <\/strong>possono astenersi dal lavoro per il periodo, compreso nell\u2019arco temporale fra il 13\/03\/2021 e\u00a0 il 30\/06\/2021, pari alla durata della:<\/p><ul><li>sospensione dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 didattica in presenza del figlio<\/li><li>infezione da SARS Covid-19 del figlio<\/li><li>quarantena del figlio disposta dalla ASP competente<\/li><li>chiusura dei centri diurni a carattere assistenziale dove sono ospitati i figli<\/li><\/ul><p>Per i periodi di astensione \u00e8 riconosciuta in luogo della retribuzione <strong>un\u2019indennit\u00e0 <\/strong><strong>a carico INPS <\/strong><strong>pari al 50%<\/strong> della retribuzione calcolata secondo le regole disposte dal testo unico della maternit\u00e0 e paternit\u00e0 (Dlgs 151\/2021) e con riconoscimento della contribuzione figurativa.<\/p><p>Gli eventuali periodi di congedo parentale di cui al Dlgs n. 151\/2001, fruiti dai genitori dal 01\/01\/2021 al 13\/03\/2011, possono essere convertiti a domanda nel congedo in oggetto con diritto alla indennit\u00e0 al 50%<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section di figli di et\u00e0 compresa fra i 14 e i 16 anni <\/strong><\/p><p>Nel caso in cui non sia possibile svolgere la prestazione lavorativa in smart working, \u00e8 concesso al lavoratore dipendente, <strong>genitore di<\/strong> <strong>figlio convivente di et\u00e0 compresa fra i 14 e i 16 anni<\/strong>, la possibilit\u00e0, in alternativa all\u2019altro genitore e per lo stesso periodo di cui la punto 1), di astenersi dal lavoro:<\/p><ul><li>senza corresponsione di retribuzione o indennit\u00e0 n\u00e9 riconoscimento di contribuzione figurativa<\/li><li>con divieto di licenziamento<\/li><li>con diritto alla conservazione del posto di lavoro.<\/li><\/ul><p>Per i giorni in cui un genitore:<\/p><ul><li>svolga la prestazione di lavoro in smart working<\/li><li>fruisce del congedo retribuito al 50% (per figli minori di 14 anni)<\/li><li>fruisce del congedo non retribuito (per figli di et\u00e0 compresa fra i 14 e i 16 anni)<\/li><li>non svolga alcuna attivit\u00e0 lavorativa<\/li><li>sia sospeso dal lavoro (es. cassa integrazione..)<\/li><\/ul><p>l\u2019altro genitore non pu\u00f2 fruire di tali benefici (neanche del bonus baby sitting di cui appresso) salvo sia genitore di altri figli avuti con altri soggetti che non stiano usufruendo delle misure di cui sopra<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section categorie di lavoratori:<\/p><ul><li>lavoratori iscritti alla gestione separata INPS<\/li><li>i lavoratori autonomi<\/li><li>personale del comparto sicurezza, difesa e soccorso pubblico, impiegato per le esigenze connesse all&#8217;emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19<\/li><li>lavoratori dipendenti del settore sanitario, pubblico e privato accreditato, appartenenti alla categoria dei medici, degli infermieri, dei tecnici di laboratorio biomedico, dei tecnici di radiologia medica e degli operatori socio-sanitari<\/li><li>lavoratori autonomi non iscritti all\u2019INPS, subordinatamente alla comunicazione da parte delle\u00a0Casse di previdenzadel numero dei beneficiari.<\/li><\/ul><p>con figli conviventi minori di 14 anni, viene riconosciuta la facolt\u00e0 di richiedere uno o pi\u00f9 bonus per l\u2019acquisto di servizi di baby sitting nel limite massimo di\u00a0<strong>100 euro settimanali\u00a0per i periodi di:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>sospensione dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 didattica in presenza del figlio<\/li><li>infezione da SARS Covid-19 del figlio<\/li><li>quarantena del figlio disposta dalla ASP competente<\/li><\/ul><p>compresi nell\u2019arco temporale fra il 13\/03\/2021 e\u00a0 il 30\/06\/2021<\/p><p>L\u2019erogazione \u00e8 effettuata dall\u2019INPS mediante Libretto Famiglia.
